Since then, Ventre has used his military training and discipline to back his many business ventures, which have been successful in his local community of Lake Forest, California and around the world. His contributions to the many businesses he has been involved in come from his leadership skills and his learned behaviors that have led to better discipline and decision-making for the success of those businesses.
